Action Aid Initiative (AAI) operates in South Sudan with a strong focus on underserved, hard-to-reach, and crisis-affected communities. Our work is guided by an understanding of local contexts and the urgent humanitarian, development, and resilience needs faced by vulnerable populations.

AAI currently implements programmes across Central Equatoria State (CES), Eastern Equatoria State (EES), Western Equatoria State (WES), and Lakes State. In line with our national mandate and organisational capacity, we are positioned to expand operations to all ten states and three administrative areas of South Sudan as needs evolve and resources allow.
